Tools use the numbers you enter. They do not check live terms, eligibility, limits, account balances or whether a quote is still available.
What works
Bank and card statements, invoices, price lists and reports, as PDFs or as scans and phone photos. Transaction lists are recognised by their date and amount columns even without ruled lines. Scanned pages and photos are read with OCR, so check the numbers against the original.

Your file stays yours
The converter runs on our own server with no accounts, no upload history and no admin view, so there is nothing for anyone at doddo to look at.
- Never stored: the file is deleted the moment the response is sent, and no copy is kept anywhere
- Never logged: the file, its name and its contents are not written to any log or database
- Never shared: no third-party or AI service sees it; the tables are found by our own code
Check the result
Column splits follow the layout of the PDF, so a wrapped description or an unusual statement design can still land in the wrong cell. Compare totals against the statement before relying on the sheet.
