1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the doddo website, app and related consumer services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by the operator identified above (“doddo,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accepting these Terms when prompted, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. Sportsbook-related features have the additional requirements in Section 4. Separate written terms may apply to creator or business partnerships; these Terms do not establish a revenue-sharing or sponsorship agreement.

2. What doddo does

doddo is an informational and discovery service. We help you find potential claims, refunds and promotional opportunities, understand publicly available requirements, and identify possible next steps. We may organize information and provide estimates or calculations based on source data and information you provide.

We are not a sportsbook, gambling operator, settlement administrator, government agency, law firm or financial adviser. We do not provide legal, investment, financial or tax advice, represent you in a proceeding, or establish an attorney-client, fiduciary or advisory relationship. Personalized sorting or calculations do not change these limits.

doddo does not accept wagers, hold customer betting funds, operate sportsbook accounts, submit claims for you, or decide whether you qualify for a payment. Payments, if any, come from the relevant third party, not from doddo.

Bank and credit card bonuses are offered by the financial institution under its own terms. Account opening, credit checks, fees, minimum balances, early-closure clauses and bonus payment are decided by the institution, not doddo. A bonus tracker in doddo records dates you enter; it does not connect to your accounts.

3. Claims and refunds

A suggested match means an opportunity may be relevant to your answers; it is not a determination that you are eligible. Eligibility, approval, documentation requirements, payment amounts and payment timing are determined by the relevant official administrator, agency or other authorized decision-maker under the governing program or court-approved terms.

Before submitting a claim, review the official notice, eligibility requirements, filing instructions, deadlines and consequences, including any release of claims or effect on your legal rights. Submit truthful and complete information. Do not file false or duplicate claims or claim benefits for which you do not qualify. You decide whether to file, seek independent advice, opt out or take another action.

We do not guarantee that a claim will be accepted, that a program will pay, or that a displayed amount will be awarded. A total settlement fund is not your individual payout. An estimated or “up to” amount is not money owed to you or a promise of payment.

4. Sportsbook-related opportunities

Sportsbook-related features are available only to users aged 21 or older, and only where accessing and using the particular feature or offer is lawful. You must satisfy all applicable age, physical-location, account, identity and other requirements imposed by law and the provider. Selecting a state in doddo does not establish your actual location or authorize betting there.

Do not use these features if you are self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from gambling. Do not use a VPN, false information, another person's identity or other means to evade provider or legal restrictions.

You decide whether to open an account, deposit funds, accept an offer or place a wager. Betting involves a risk of loss, including loss of your own funds. Bonus credit may have restrictions and is not necessarily withdrawable cash. Promotional, hedging and conversion calculations are estimates, not guaranteed profit or a risk-free strategy. Changes in prices, liquidity, limits, timing, settlement rules, rejected wagers or voided events can change outcomes or cause losses.

Only wager money you can afford to lose. Do not treat the Service as a source of income or a way to recover losses. Consult the provider's responsible-gambling and self-exclusion resources if gambling is causing harm.

5. Sources, estimates and changing conditions

Odds, promotions, availability, eligibility rules, payout amounts and deadlines can change or expire, including between the time we obtain information and the time you act. Information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not promise continuous monitoring or complete market coverage. If you turn on email reminders, they are generated from dates you enter and publicly available terms that may be incomplete or change; a reminder may be late, missing or inaccurate and is not a substitute for checking the provider's terms and your own account. You remain responsible for meeting requirements and deadlines.

The applicable official source terms, administrator or agency instructions, provider rules and governing law take priority over our summaries. If information conflicts, verify it with the official source before proceeding. A link or a last-checked date is not a guarantee that all source terms remain unchanged.

Displayed potential totals may combine conditional opportunities with different requirements and payment dates. They are not an account balance, funds held for you, or an amount you can necessarily receive in full. Historical examples do not prove that you personally qualified or would have received that amount.

6. Your account and permitted use

Provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We will not ask for your sportsbook password, Social Security number, bank login, or account or card numbers to provide the Service.

You may use the Service for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use it to commit fraud. Do not use automated requests that disrupt the Service or circumvent technical limits.

You retain rights in information you submit. You permit us to process it as needed to provide the Service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We or our licensors own the Service's software, design and original content. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply an endorsement of doddo.

7. External sites and commercial relationships

Links may take you to third-party websites, including sportsbooks, claim portals, agencies and other providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their operation, security, availability, decisions or performance and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for them. This does not exclude responsibility that the law places on doddo for its own conduct.

The consumer Service is free to use. We may receive compensation when users follow partner links or complete qualifying actions. Compensation may influence which commercial opportunities we feature and their placement. Paid placements will be identified where presented. Compensation does not establish your eligibility or guarantee an outcome. Any future paid feature will be offered with its price and terms before you agree to a charge.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict access for material violations of these Terms, security concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address a problem. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device.

We may revise these Terms. The revised version will state its effective date. We will provide notice of material changes and request renewed agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that applicable law protects. You may stop using the Service if you do not accept a change.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or availability. We do not warrant that you will find, qualify for or receive money, that any strategy will be profitable, or that all errors will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or permits misleading statements or other unlawful conduct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, doddo and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Subject to the exceptions below, our aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid to doddo for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a limitation is not permitted, liability is limited only to the extent the law allows.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify doddo against third-party claims and reasonable related legal costs to the extent caused by your fraud, intentional misuse of the Service, unlawful conduct or knowing infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by doddo's own breach, negligence or other wrongful conduct.

We will give you reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim and reasonable cooperation. No settlement may admit fault on your behalf or impose a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent. This clause does not impose obligations prohibited by applicable consumer law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — TO COMPLETE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any non-waivable right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction, disputes will be brought in the competent courts of [VENUE — TO COMPLETE].

You may contact [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL] to seek an informal resolution. Doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising statutory rights and does not extend legal filing deadlines. These Terms do not include mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

13. General and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any expressly applicable additional terms constitute the agreement concerning the Service, subject to mandatory legal rights.
